Flexovi Return and Refund Policy

At Flexovi, we stand behind the science, safety, and craftsmanship of our products. We know that recovery and posture correction are personal, so our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and supportive.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
If something isn’t right, email flexovitherapeutics@gmail.com with your order number and concern — we’ll help right away.

2. Free Size Exchanges

If your product doesn’t fit properly, we offer one free size exchange — no extra fees, no stress.

Applies once per order and only for size-related issues.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited to specific cases. We may instead offer an exchange or replacement when appropriate.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • The product shows visible signs of use (wear, marks, odors, or damage)
  • The 30-day period has passed (even by one day)
  • Proof of eligibility isn’t provided

We encourage you to use and test your product during the first 30 days — most users see the best results with consistent use, and we’re happy to guide you if needed.

4. Approved Return Situations

We’ll gladly replace or refund (at our discretion) if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • There’s a manufacturing or functional fault
  • There are shipping issues, such as loss or major delay
  • The product fails to perform as promised within the 30-day satisfaction period

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t shipped yet. Once tracking information has been sent, the order can no longer be changed or intercepted.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

6. Chargebacks

To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we kindly request that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you first contact our support team to resolve any issues or initiate a return within the scope of our 30-day trial period.

Please note: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or attempts to resolve the issue directly with our support team, the option for a return or refund, including the 30-day trial, will no longer be applicable. 

By initiating a chargeback/dispute without contacting us, the refund and return process is considered invalidated.

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and encourage you to reach out to us before escalating the matter further.
